BTG Eddisons is seeking a part-time Facilities Manager to join our Bradford-based Property Management team, overseeing a varied commercial portfolio. You will manage day-to-day FM operations to keep buildings safe, compliant, well maintained and energy efficient, liaising with occupiers, clients and contractors, and driving service charge management.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Commercial FM experience
- Strong H&S knowledge (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred)
- A valid UK driving licence
