The

Logistics Coordinator role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting business logistics.

You'll be involved in coordinating equipment and supporting our engineers and calibration labs, as well as handling shipments to ensure everything arrives on time and in the right condition.

The role has similarities to warehouse operations, giving you hands-on exposure to how equipment and resources are managed behind the scenes.

You will also assist with coordinating equipment for site-based engineers and support calibration labs, helping to ensure services are delivered accurately and efficiently.

The role requires someone who can think on their feet, respond to challenges quickly, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the business.

Exciting work you w ill be doing

  • Support operational policies, processes, and project coordination to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Assist with process improvement and adopt new tools or software.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to understand customer requirements and deliver accurately.
  • Collect and act on stakeholder feedback.
  • Handling shipments, inventory, and supplier relationships.

  • Support financial reporting, forecasts and budget monitoring.
  • Analyse Data and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ISO standards, and transport regulations.

To be considered for the Logistics Coordinator role

  • Previous experience in administration or logistics is a plus, but not essential.
