Return Logistics & Reverse Supply Chain

  • Coordinate e-commerce and retail store returns with carriers and warehouses.

  • Ensure timely processing, grading, and restocking of returned stock.

  • Support compliant handling of international and bonded returns.

  • Monitor return volumes, turnaround times, and cost impacts.

  • Work closely with Customer Service to resolve return-related issues.

Retail Store Network Support

  • Support logistics for new store openings, refits, and VM rollouts.

  • Coordinate replenishment and ad hoc shipments to stores.

  • Support store-to-store and store-to-warehouse transfers.
