Main Duties

An outstanding and rare opportunity for an experienced UHNW or HNW mortgage brokers to join one of the UK’s most recognised brokers that specialise in complex, HNW, bridging and development mortgage cases.

Joining the existing team of mortgage and protection brokers in the London office, you will concentrate on dealing with bridging and development mortgages.

All leads are provided via various sources, including marketing, the loyal existing client base, networking, private banks, trust companies as well as HNW estate agents.

You will be required to assess the clients needs and requirements in an empathetic manner and ensure that a first-class service is provided.

Offering regulated and professional advice you will ensure that the mortgage applications run smoothly.

Key Skills

Applications will only be considered from experienced HNW mortgage brokers who have previously dealt with bridging and development mortgages.
