Overview: A well-respected mortgage brokerage is seeking an experienced mortgage sales manager to manage an existing team of 6-8 estate agency based mortgage brokers as well as recruiting additional mortgage brokers to the team.
Main Duties: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to manage a team of home based CeMAP qualified new homes mortgage brokers. You will be managing an existing team of 6-8 estate agency based mortgage and protection brokers, working closely with the Financial Services Director. You will mentor, coach and train the existing team of brokers as well as recruiting additional brokers to cover various locations. You will carry out observations; one to one’s along with analysing KPI figures ensuring that the brokers are achieving targets set.
Key Skills: Applications will be considered from experienced mortgage sales managers with previous mortgage management experience.
