This role will provide BCLP’s clients with specialist, dedicated Securitisation and Structured Capital Markets advice and transactional support. This is an excellent opportunity to make your mark within our Structured Finance team and the wider Firm.
Our Structured Finance team provides advice to a broad range of clients on a wide variety of structured finance and debt capital markets products. We assist clients in relation to securitisations, asset-based financings, capital markets financings, distressed portfolio acquisitions and loan work-outs in both the UK as well as assisting clients in emerging markets particularly in Africa and other jurisdictions in the consumer, SME and corporate finance, corporate and residential real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Skills and experience required
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Associate with at least five years post qualification UK, broad based finance experience. You will have a background in debt finance ideally in structured finance, securitisation and/or structured debt capital markets (e.g. real asset financings). You must be fluent in French and have experience drafting in French.
