We are seeking an experienced Principal Associate to join our corporate team based in London.

This is a senior role advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and corporate governance.

As a key member of the team, you will lead complex transactions, manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities Lead corporate transactions from inception to completion, including M&A, disposals, private equity deals and restructurings.

Provide commercially focused legal advice on corporate governance, compliance and company law matters.

Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation.

Manage due diligence processes and advise on legal risks.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Supervise and mentor associates and trainees.

Support business development activities and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.

About You Strong experience in M&A, private equity and corporate transactions.

Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills.

Proven ability to supervise and develop junior lawyers.

Commercially minded, organised and able to manage multiple matters effectively.

Experience of cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings and sector expertise in areas such as technology, financial services, energy, healthcare or education would be advantageous.
