We have an exciting new job opportunity for an Admin Officer to join our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice Working for Westminster Magistrates Court This is a full-time temporary role for an ongoing role till the end of September 2025 with a view to extending the contract further. This role is working for the Court via our recruitment agency, Brook Street Salary: £13.98 p/h (with benefits of pension scheme and holiday. Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday,8:30-4:30 PM you will be working in the customer service department of the court List Caller and/or Customer Services List Caller – Set up Courtroom & prepare court lists. Check in defendants, solicitors & court users. Ready files for the clerk. Ferry paperwork & files to/from office. Escort & swear in witnesses, interpreters, police officers. Deal with customer enquiries in the public areas. Work as team with Clerks, Probation, Police Liaison Officer & Drugs Worker. Please note this role requires public speaking in the courtroom. Administrative duties in the Customer Services Dept. of Westminster Magistrates’ Court – including Dealing with enquiries at the public counter, Answering telephone enquiries, Collating and entering data from CITM trial forms to a database, Booking ad-hoc interpreters required in court and entering interpreter timesheet data, general admin work within Customer Services Duties: Dealing with enquires on the public Counter Answering Telephone enquiries collating and entering data from Trial forms to a database booking ad-hoc interpreters required in court and entering interpreter time sheet data general admin work with customer service training will be required.
