ROLE: Production Manager based at Vibration Production Warehouse but working across all Magazine London, Exhibition White City, 26 Leake St, Drumsheds, Corner Corner and Dock X.

LOCATION: Forest Trading Estate, Unit 4 A/B, Priestley Way, London, E17 6AL and across other venues in London
CONTRACT TYPE: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (5 days out of 7)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a technically confident and highly organised Production Manager to join the Vibration Venues production team. You will be instrumental in the successful delivery of all publicly promoted music events at venues where Vibration is the in-house production supplier. This role will focus predominantly on Magazine London, with additional support across Exhibition White City, 26 Leake Street, and other venues where Vibration delivers a live music programme.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Live Music & Promoted Events
- Technical Production Leadership
- Design & Technical Planning
- Non-Music Events
YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale live event or venue production.
- Proven experience delivering multi-disciplinary productions at venues of 1,000+ capacity.
- In depth technical knowledge across rigging, lighting, video, audio, power and staging.
- Strong commercial skills: capable of managing budgets, negotiating costs, and securing value from suppliers.
- Excellent stakeholder and artist liaison skills.
- High level of competence with CAD software such as Vectorworks or AutoCAD.
- Clear, calm communicator with the ability to lead under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- A natural leader with experience developing teams and building positive working cultures.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by the event schedule.

- Good Knowledge of BS7909:2011 Code of practice for temporary electrical systems for entertainment and related purposes.
- Good Knowledge of Standard Rigging Practices.
- Understanding of the legal obligations towards health and safety and the roles of all duty holders under CDM2015.
