We are now seeking an outstanding Operations Manager to join our vibrant BVIS HCMC team and lead the operational heart of one of the most respected international schools in HCMC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the school operates safely, efficiently and sustainably, creating an exceptional environment where students, staff and the wider community can thrive.
  • Provide strategic leadership across facilities, health and safety, procurement, catering, transport, medical services and business operations, drive operational excellence, ensure compliance and support continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively across the school and Nord Anglia Education network, align operational decisions with the school's educational vision and strategic priorities, lead campus development initiatives, optimise resources and enhance service quality.
  • Through strong leadership, build high-performing teams, foster a culture of accountability and customer service excellence, and champion innovation, operational resilience and long-term sustainability.

What we're looking for

  • Language: Fluent Vietnamese and English. Vietnamese citizen.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Professional Diploma.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Experience in project management, budgeting, and resource planning.
    • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and departments.
    • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Open-minded, cultural and social awareness, and able to work effectively with diverse communities.
    • Proactive, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
    • Ability to translate and produce clear, engaging communications when required.
