About The Role
We are looking for talented and passionate baristas/bartenders to join our team, comfortable in high volume cafes pumping out coffee and cocktails whilst maintaining great attention to detail, efficiency and cleanliness.
You must be comfortable working with our machines; La Marzocco Linea PB machines and Nuova Simonelli Mythos One grinders. Most importantly, you must be able to deliver great-tasting coffee in a friendly, engaging and customer-focused manner. Experience in cocktails as well as coffee is admirable.
BrewDog Waterloo is the BIGGEST BrewDog location in the world, encompassing two floors of amazing craft beer, spirits, food and entertainment in the centre of the city. Our Grind Cafe is a busy coffeehouse with amazing brunch by day and transforms into a bustling cocktail bar at night.
Role Responsibilities:
- Handcrafting awesome coffee, including dialling in grinders, maintaining coffee quality and producing latte art.
- Opening and closing of both coffee and cocktail stations.
- Provide epic counter and table service as customers explore both Grind and Brewdog.
- Craft amazing cocktails that our customers love.
- General cleaning and organisation of Grind.
- Support the team in driving results.
- Running drinks to the rest of the venue.
