Responsibilities:
- Handle LCL consolidated import shipments from origin to final delivery
- Assist with consolidation planning and learn end-to-end consolidation processes
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and internal teams
- Monitor shipment progress and update customers on status and timelines
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation within internal systems
- Support customs clearance processes in collaboration with internal customs teams
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior operators
Requirements Skills Required:
