Key Responsibilities

  • Completing kitchen and bathroom replacements to a high standard of quality and finish
  • Using a range of trade skills including tiling, carpentry, plumbing, plastering and decorating
  • Working professionally in customers’ homes, delivering a positive and respectful experience
  • Maximising first‑time fix rates and daily productivity
  • Maintaining van stock levels and sourcing materials efficiently
  • Completing all work safely, following SHEQ policies and procedures
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors, colleagues, resident liaison teams and customers
  • Taking pride in your work, resolving issues proactively and seeing jobs through to completion
  • Attending training, toolbox talks, appraisals and team meetings as required

What we’re looking for

  • Strong commitment to excellent customer service
  • Proven all-round trade and construction experience
  • NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in a construction trade, or equivalent multi-skills qualification
  • Experience working to tight deadlines
  • Good health & safety knowledge
  • Organised, self‑motivated and reliable
  • Good communication and problem‑solving skills
  • IT skills to use handheld devices / job management systems
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Experience working in occupied homes
  • Knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid qualification
  • Experience or training in non‑licensed asbestos awareness
