This is brand new role that sits right at the heart of the sales function, leading a team of focussed, creative sales professionals.

- You’ll have a proven record in business development / sales leadership
- A confident leader who can influence the team
- You’re comfortable in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

- You’re down to earth and connect naturally with clients and senior leadership teams
- You’ll be approachable in nature and focused on delivery
- You take accountability, follow‑through and keep the team on track
About the Role
- You’ll support the Director in the operational management of the sales team
- Owning the central sales pipeline, qualification, tracking and progression
- Driving CRM discipline and data accuracy
- Stay ahead of the market, spot risks, gaps and stalled opportunities
- Preparing for customer meetings and ensuring follow‑up actions happen
- Co-ordinating tender inputs, proposals and submissions
- Helping take new product ideas from concept through to customer pitch
- Attending occasional trade shows and supporting the team with client visits
- Acting as the link between external meetings and internal delivery
- Supporting continuous improvement and structured ways of working
