About the role
Bluebird Care Essex & Redbridge is seeking a Finance and Contracts Manager to oversee senior financial operations, reporting, margin analysis, and procurement across the business.
The role is office-based in Basildon, 3 days per week (8:30am–5:00pm), with a salary of £40,000 per annum pro rata (FTE).
You will manage the finance team and drive procurement contracts, ensuring governance and value for money while supporting budgeting and forecasting across departments.
