Leading Kent law firm with a well established corporate and commercial team, are currently looking to recruit a mid to senior level lawyer into this team.
The role will be to work predominantly on corporate transactional matters, M&A etc. in one of the most highly ranked teams in the South East. Therefore quality of work and clients is exceptional.
The firm offers a friendly and inclusive culture, with lots of social and charitable events always happening. The office is impressive yet informal and welcoming. They also offer hybrid working (just 2 days per week in the office) and lots of flexibility, with fantastic prospects.
Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who have solid corporate and M&A experience. As you will join at associate or senior associate level, it is anticipated that you will have at least 2 years PQE in corporate transactional work.
