Van Driver

Location: Telford

Pay: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour

Blackstone Recruitment are currently recruiting for reliable and experienced 3.5T Van Drivers to join our client based in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for ongoing work with competitive pay and the potential for long-term opportunities.

Duties:

• Driving a 3.5T van to complete local and regional deliveries.
• Loading and unloading goods where required.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time.
• Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld devices where applicable.
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations.
• Complying with all road traffic legislation and company policies.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (Category B).
• Minimum 12 months commercial van driving experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN convictions).
• Good knowledge of UK road networks.
• A reliable, professional and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules.
