We have an amazing opportunity to join our BTL family as a PERMANENT Stock Processor at our new Warehouse in SELSEY. Stock Processing is an important role within our Supply Chain environment. Each member of the team is contributing hugely to the efficient supply of our beautiful gifts and homeware to our store network. Our teams have a real passion for our beautiful products and a natural warmth that enables them to deliver the exceptional customer service we are renowned for.

Key Skills
- Great attention to detail - this is critical whilst labelling and handling stock
- A methodical approach - follow all our warehouse procedures to work at maximum efficiency
- Deadline aware - the want to succeed and make a positive difference is a must
- Maximum accuracy when processing stock and picking and packing is essential
- Take responsibility for helping to reach set scanning and picking targets
- Have a good understanding of Policies and Procedures
- Follow good housekeeping principles to ensure the warehouse is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Maintain awareness of Health & Safety compliance
- Follow all security measures in place at our warehouse

Hours of Employment
(Please note: these hours/days can change from time to time)
- Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 17:30
- You will be required to work every Sunday in December for additional picks and scans out to the stores. This is approx an extra 6 hrs per day but we do need flexibility around this.
- Extra hours over and above your regular hours of employment will be required to support the business during seasonal peaks.
Please note that, due to the nature of our products, we enforce a strict non-smoking/vaping policy at our warehouse.
