Chef de Partie - 4 Star Hotel - Edinburgh City Centre £33,000 per annum Tronc and gratuities on top Free meals on site Excellent staff discounts across food, spa and accommodation We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join a well regarded 4 star hotel situated in central Edinburgh, offering a fantastic working environment within an internationally recognised hospitality group.

As Chef de Partie you will work across all kitchen sections, producing high quality dishes consistently to the standards expected of a 4 star operation.

The Chef de Partie will play a key role in maintaining the culinary standards across all food outlets within the property.

As Chef de Partie you will take responsibility for your section, ensuring cleanliness, organisation and full food safety compliance at all times.

The ideal Chef de Partie will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a genuine passion for delivering great food.

The Chef de Partie you will also support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a positive and high performing kitchen culture.
