An opportunity has arisen for a Delivery Consultant role, working within White Collar Construction, though the client is open to experience in any professional, white collar market. This is a unique opportunity to join an established desk to work directly alongside and learn from a market leading recruiter, an expert in their field. The client is also open to 360 consultants who are looking to take a step into a purely Delivery role, as well as Delivery Consultants and Resourcers.

Base salary up to £30,000 plus a full commission scheme, offering a % of each deal done and no threshold.

Necessary attributes will include:

  • Exposure to working within a professional, white collar recruitment market
  • Autonomy and an ability to motivate themselves
  • Ability to generate and qualify candidates effectively, whilst supporting BD efforts by gathering market information
  • Experience managing candidates throughout the timeline, from initial contact through to aftercare
