Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working for a family run, full-service accountancy practice based in Edgbaston. They are searching for a part time receptionist working 3 days a week from Wednesday to Friday.
The Role:
- Answering all incoming phone calls and transferring them to the necessary individual
- Acting as the first point of call for all clients and visitors
- General office management duties such as stationary ordering and meeting room preparation
- Scanning, filing and printing of documents
- Maintaining client records on the system
- Scheduling client appointments
- Assisting with any Ad Hoc duties when needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous receptionist experience is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Comfortable working as a team and individually
- Able to multitask and manage your time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
