We re recruiting for a CAD / BIM Technician to join an Engineering Services Team delivering high quality digital design support across a varied portfolio of projects.
This is a site based role within a secure facility in Cornwall, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to produce coordinated, accurate and compliant design outputs.
You ll play a key part in developing 2D drawings, 3D models and fully coordinated building services designs, with a particular focus on electrical systems.
The role suits someone with strong Revit/CAD capability, good BIM awareness, and a proactive approach to digital engineering.
Key Responsibilities * Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models in line with relevant standards. * Develop and coordinate electrical and building services models, and mechanical disciplines. * Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support clash free, fully coordinated design delivery. * Contribute to pre construction Health
