About the role

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5pm

Contract: Temporary until the end of November 2026

Salary: £12.71 - £12.80 per hour (£23,211.82 - £23,376.19 per annum) depending on experience

We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Beaverbrooks Recruitment team at our office in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire. As the Beaverbrooks Recruitment Administrator, you'll be part of our Careers team, supporting hiring managers across our stores and office departments to attract and retain the very best people for our business.

  • Carrying out reference checks (via our ATS, email or phone)
  • Arrange induction bookings for new starters, including confirming attendance, organising accommodation, and sending invites
  • Putting together and sending of job offer letters and new starter contracts via our ATS

This includes 57 Beaverbrooks stores & 23 dedicated brand boutiques, including TAG Heuer, OMEGA, Breitling & Tudor. We also have 3 Loupe boutiques, with Rolex showrooms. This includes our colleagues, customers, suppliers & the wider community.

Requirements:

  • Computer literate confident user of Word, Excel & the internet
  • Experience of using an ATS (applicant tracking system)
  • Experience of booking accommodation online
  • Understanding of Data Protection
