Our clients represent a variety of industries, including manufacturing, energy, pharma and other commercial sectors. Our core business is serving their periodic need to recruit high performing executives for senior management and board positions including CEO/MD, CFO/FD as well as Sales & Marketing, Operations, HR and other core business functions.

However, on occasion we are asked to recruit Non Execs and, as with our core Exec business, our clients require us to find, attract and engage the best possible candidates to meet their requirements. The right people are a match to the role requirements of course but, more importantly, they are a long-term cultural fit to the client organisation. It is our mission to put the right people into the right role and organisation – for the candidate and the client.
