Our clients represent a variety of industries, including manufacturing, energy, pharma and other commercial sectors. What they have in common is a periodic need to recruit high performing executives for senior management and board positions including CEO/MD, CFO/FD as well as Sales & Marketing, Operations, HR and other core business functions. They require us to find, attract and engage the best possible candidates to meet their requirements, drawn from the whole of the market. The right people are a match to the role requirements of course but, more importantly, they are a long-term cultural fit to the client organisation.
It is our mission to put the right people into the right role and organisation – for the candidate and the client. As a search-based professional recruitment business, we typically act on a limited number of retained assignments at any one time (including some that may be confidential searches which are not advertised). In order to help fulfil these requirements we invite potential candidates for future roles to “Apply for this job”, i.e. provide us with your details so that we can approach you when we have a potentially suitable role brief for you to consider.
A Barron Williams candidate can expect a professional approach from us, from first contact through to interview and final selection process, regardless of outcome. Our philosophy is simple, how we treat people as a candidate determines whether we earn the opportunity to talk to them as a potential client in the future.
If you are actively looking for your next role or if you wish to be kept informed of potentially relevant future opportunities, please take two minutes right now to upload your details and CV via “Apply for this job”.
