Families First Service Manager

4-5 days per week - On site

Due to increased demand across Children's Services and the ongoing evolution of Families First and Family Help services, we are looking to speak with experienced Families First Service Managers for interim opportunities across the West Midlands.
Your typical duties as a Families First Service Manager:
- Leading Families First, Family Help, and Early Help teams to deliver high-quality interventions that improve outcomes for children, young people, and families.
- Driving service performance, quality assurance, safeguarding oversight, and continuous improvement across the service.
- Building and maintaining strong multi-agency partnerships with Education, Health, Social Care, Police, Housing, and voluntary sector organisations to ensure effective family support.
Your previous experience as a Families First Service Manager:
- Significant management experience within Families First, Family Help, Early Help, Family Support, or wider Children's Services within a Local Authority environment.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, improving service performance, and delivering measurable outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, early intervention, children's legislation, and multi-agency working, with the ability to lead complex operational services.
