The Old School Surgery seeks an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a large, multidisciplinary team focused on medicines optimisation and patient safety. You will join six Pharmacists and two Technicians, working across 4 or 5 days, with autonomy and strong team support to improve care for over 32,000 patients.
You will undertake structured medication reviews, support safe prescribing, and contribute to quality improvement and public health initiatives within primary care.
