We are looking for an enthusiastic salaried GP to join our supportive and social team for 6 sessions per week as maternity cover (Tues, Wed & Fri).

We value the wellbeing of our team.

Our full team meet for a morning huddle and exercise session to start the day.

To support our staff who run/cycle to work we have a shower and secure bike storage.

Our clinicians meet daily for coffee.

We have a forward‑thinking approach to decreasing the administrative burden on our clinicians.

A dedicated document workflow team and prescribing hub have been developed to help achieve this.

Our Primary Care Network, Healthwest, covers 70000 patients and was functioning prior to the PCN national contract.

Across our network we delivered over 60000 Covid vaccinations.

Our PCN has a Prescribing Hub which manages the prescription requests for all four practices in the PCN.

We also have an IT Hub which helps us supports our safety and efficiency agenda.

The PCN staff include a manager, clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists, care coordinators, nursing associates, prescribing clerks, social prescribers and a data governance administrator.
