The Role – Maintenance Team Leader
- Day to day management of a multi-disciplined engineering team.
- This is a hands on management role, you will be involved with the maintenance and repair of automated cranes, conveyors, robots and all associated equipment.
- Working in a customer facing environment, achieving KPI targets at all times.
- You will be involved with continuous improvements of the site.
- Comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times.
The Person – Maintenance Team Leader
- You must have strong leadership capabilities.
- You must be an effective problem solver and be self-motivated.
- An apprentice trained or equivalent Engineering Qualification is essential.
