Aston Education is working with a thriving and vibrant British international school in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. They are looking for a full-time Psychology Teacher to start in August 2026.

The job responsibilities include:

  • Teaching Psychology across KS4 and KS5 and preparing the students for iGCSE and A level exams.
  • Implementing policies and practices which reflect the school's commitment to high achievement through effective teaching and learning.
  • Using data effectively to identify students who are underachieving and creating and implementing effective plans of action to support those students.

Skills and Qualifications required:

  • PGCE and QTS / QTLS
  • Degree in Psychology or related field
  • Successful UK teaching experience in Psychology at secondary school level
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Psychology
  • Proven track record of improving teaching and learning
  • Commitment to excellence, inclusivity, and community
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
