Aspire People are excited to be working in partnership with one of our valued primary schools in Leicester to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a full-time position starting in September. The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and achievement.
- Work closely with experienced teachers and senior leaders to continue developing your teaching practice.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- An Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin or continue their teaching journey.
