About The Role
Join our team as a Bank Sales Assistant and make a difference! Every item sold in our shops or donated to us helps fund the compassionate end‑of‑life care we provide. Our retail presence of 15 shops, a furniture store, a donation centre, two clearance shops, two coffee shops, and online platforms supports this mission.
Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Manager and wider team in the day‑to‑day running of our Shirebrook Shop.
- Oversee staff, manage stock, prepare and merchandise products.
- Support recruitment, training and development of volunteers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Complete a DBS check as part of the pre‑employment process.
- Vaccination against COVID‑19 and influenza unless medically unfit.
- Excellent communication skills, able to relate to and influence all levels of staff and volunteers.
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer challenges.
- Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities and targets.
