We are looking for a compassionate, organised, and adaptable Clinical Services Administrator to join our friendly Clinical Administration Team at Ashgate Hospice. The role supports Community Services, the Inpatient Unit (IPU), and Main Reception through a planned rotational working pattern. The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, and healthcare professionals, ensuring a professional, seamless, and compassionate service.
Responsibilities:
- Process referrals and maintain accurate patient records.
- Support clinical systems and coordinate communication across services.
- Provide high-quality administrative and reception support across Community Services, Inpatient Unit administration, and Main Reception.
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
Work Hours:
The service operates Monday to Friday, and postholders may be required to participate in a shared rotational weekend and bank holiday rota in line with future service developments and operational needs.
Training & Support:
Structured induction and ongoing training across all areas of the role will be provided.
