Ashgate Hospicecare is seeking a Nurse Team Leader for the 10-bed Inpatient Unit in Chesterfield. The role combines clinical leadership with day-to-day management of the nursing team, ensuring safe staffing, staff development and a supportive environment for colleagues.
The post is part-time (minimum 28.75 hours per week) with potential for additional hours. You will work closely with the Ward Leader to deliver high standards of care in a compassionate, inclusive setting.
