This regional office in Hertfordshire focuses on building in the Northern Home Counties with 3-4 live developments at once.
This developer are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who will join their small Commercial team to deliver traditionally built developments of up to 100 units.
You will report to a Commercial Manager, and ideally be able to take full responsibility for a brand new scheme.
You should have experience of working in a housebuilding environment, and have the desire to develop yourself professionally in the long term.
