As a Design Director, you'll collaborate closely with prestigious clients, partners, and diverse teams, influencing and implementing environmentally transformative solutions for buildings and environments.

You will join and quickly become on eof the influential leadersh shaping the vision for a sustianable future in the minds of their esteemed clients.

Key Duties; Leading the creative design response to the climate emergency.

Inspiring design excellence by providing sustainable design leadership to key clients and collaborators across our global project portfolio.

Working as a "trusted advisor" both internally and externally, guiding clients on sustainable design, strategies, and outcomes.

Assuming the role of Project Director, ensuring efficient project management using our advanced planning tools.

Leading and fostering the development of tools, templates, strategies, and processes that enhance our sustainable design capabilities across disciplines with a focus on Building Services.

Providing effective line management and proactive mentoring/coaching to support growth.

Actively contributing to the technical advancement in sustainable design, staying ahead of research and innovation.

Demonstrating sustainability leadership both internally and externally, leveraging your broad expertise and insights.
