Building Surveyor/ Senior Building Surveyor Warwickshire£35,000 - £55,000 Ashbys Consulting are currently recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor preferably MRICS for an independent multi-disciplinary consultancy located in Warwickshire.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to progress in their career, this firm can offer opportunities to work on high profile and varied projects which will pave the way for your career development.
You will be undertaking a varierty of instructions including; Contract admin, Project management, Dilapidations, Pre-acquisition surveys and more.
Main responsibilities: Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new client contacts and business opportunities.
Develop relevant knowledge and skills through regular CPD activities and maintain an up-to-date awareness of all necessary legislation affecting the technical aspects of building surveying.
Effectively communicate with both internal and external parties ensuring all information is available for the successful implementation and completion of projects.
Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner, for example timesheets, expenses etc.
Requirements: A RICS accredited degree Strong IT skills, including MS office applications and Auto CADGood team player but able to work independently Full driving licence In return the firm will not only help your career progress but offer company laptop, phone, competitive salary, holidays and pension scheme.
