About the role

Shift offered: Monday to Thursday 12pm to 10pm.

Arrow Precision Engineering are the world leader in the manufacture of crankshafts and connecting rods. Quality, Innovation and Performance are the hallmarks of our business. We produce bespoke, race proven designs and are a family run business.

We are looking to recruit a skilled CNC Operator who is passionate about Precision Engineering and looking for their next role. The position is based at our site in Hinckley, working 12pm to 10pm, Monday to Thursday (40 hours in total).

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the set-up and operation of numerous multi axis mill turn and bed type and CNC grinding machines in accordance with H&S regulations and the process control plan.
  • CNC machinist, operating and setting various Fanuc and Mazak, and Studer language machines.
  • Running secondary op machines when required.
  • Using measuring equipment to ensure components meet specification.
  • Performing any other duties that may be required from time to time.

Qualification or Apprenticeship or equivalent in an engineering discipline. Excellent technical ability and attention to detail. Ability to follow processes, procedures and requirements of ISO9001. Articulate communication skills.

The successful applicant will have a Qualification / Apprenticeship or equivalent in an engineering discipline. In return the Company offer a competitive salary, plus benefits which include Pension and Private Medical Insurance.
