Why this role is remarkable
As a key member of YourParkingSpace, the UK's leading provider of parking technology solutions, you will directly drive revenue growth. You would build an AI-native B2B marketing motion in our two key verticals more or less from the ground up. You would look after the whole journey, from finding the UK’s most valuable landlords and car park owners to delivering new business alongside sales. Every new host adds spaces that thousands of drivers rely on, so you would see the difference you make quite quickly.
What you will do
- Source and run account-based marketing against a target list of high-value hotel groups, retailers, landlords and transport operators, using signals to reach them at the right moment.
- Build cold email and multi-touch outbound that sounds human at scale, using Clay, Lemlist and Pipedrive, and AI wherever it makes us faster or sharper.
- Turn events, from industry shows to our own roundtables, into meetings and pipeline in negotiation.
- Nurture every lead until it is ready, then equip sales with the decks, case studies and messages that close.
- Experiment weekly, measure everything in pipeline and revenue, and kill what does not work.
The ideal candidate
- Has 5+ years generating B2B pipeline that closed, across ABM, outbound, events and nurture.
- Builds with AI every day, creates their own workflows, and has strong views on how it is changing go-to-market.
- Works with sales as one team and is happiest when a meeting they created becomes a signed contract.
Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, Host (UK).
