Why this role is remarkable
As a key member of the growth marketing team at YourParkingSpace, the UK's premier driver network platform, you will play a vital role in our expansion. You would own our most valuable customers, the drivers who park with us again and again, and be trusted to grow that audience as fast as it will go. You would look after the whole customer journey: the ad they first see, the site they land on, the product they use, the booking they make again, and the friend they tell about us. Super users drive a large share of our revenue, so every improvement you make shows up quickly in the numbers.
What you will do
- Run cross-channel campaigns alongside our SEO and performance marketing teams to acquire, retain and grow super users, with our brand proposition coming through loud and clear in every one.
- Own, build and run the super user journey in CRM, from first click to first booking, repeat booking and referral.
- Find more people like our best customers, and turn loyal drivers into advocates who recommend us.
- Let the data lead every decision: test before you scale, and stop anything that does not pay its way in new drivers, repeat bookings and net revenue.
The ideal candidate
- Has 5+ years in B2C growth or lifecycle marketing, owning a customer segment end to end against revenue targets, and is deeply data-led: comfortable in the numbers every day, and never makes a call without the evidence behind it.
- Is obsessed with the customer journey, and notices the small moments that make someone come back or drift away.
- Uses AI as a foundation of how they work, from analysis and insight to building and testing campaigns faster.
