Overview
Arddun Agency is currently looking for a driven Assistant Merchandiser to be based in our central London offices.
The individual will play a key role supporting all reporting, analysis, and general admin duties of the Merchandising team.
Responsibilities
- Support the Merchandising Team in collating information for seasonal analysis to inform future planning decisions and budget.
- Provide input to define collection briefs and plans in line with the Merchandising Manager.
- Support merchandising planning, updates, and follow up with design and development.
- Support the Merchandising Team with the review of monthly reporting for all international partners.
- Overall support for Merchandising and wider Sales Teams during Market weeks.
- Support wider Sales Teams to achieve targets based on seasonal forecasting.
- Support Merchandising Team with all sell‑in/-out analysis and monthly performance reporting to help identify opportunities to maximise profits.
- Support Merchandising Team with stock management and replenishment processes, ensuring timely deliveries & optimised stock levels.
- General admin duties.
Qualifications
- Experience within Collection Merchandising.
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of the current market and consumer trends.
- Excellent Excel and Power Point skills.
- Driven with a general love of fashion.
