Enterprise Data Product Leadership Own the enterprise view of Data Products — ensuring consistency in: Standards, governance, and quality Lifecycle management (definition build adoption retirement)Ensure Data Products meet defined characteristics (e. g. trusted, consumable, governed, valuable)Drive adoption and value realisation across business domains Align Data Product strategy to enterprise priorities and outcomes2.

Cross-Domain Orchestration Act as the “glue” across domain-owned Data Products, ensuring: Alignment across Underwriting, Claims, Finance, etc.

Consistent prioritisation and sequencing across domains Management of interdependencies across products and domains Partner with: Data Domain Owners (DDOs) & Business Data Stewards (BDS)Other Strategic Operations Managers IT delivery teams Wider Data Office3.

Strategic Ops Manager (SOM) – Data Domain Act as the central intake point for Data-related demand into IT, shaping and structuring initiatives into a coherent, value-led portfolio.

Own and govern the Data roadmap, ensuring alignment to business priorities, enterprise strategy and defined OKRs.

Define priorities, outcomes and success measures for initiatives, ensuring clarity of ownership and accountability.

Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to agree sequencing, manage dependencies and ensure delivery aligns to defined priorities and outcomes.

Ensure clear alignment between demand, prioritisation and capacity, optimising the value delivered across Data initiatives.

Lead forums to support prioritisation, decision-making and progress tracking across Data initiatives4.

Stakeholder Leadership Act as the primary interface between business, Data and IT, ensuring clear communication, alignment and engagement across all stakeholders.

Engage with senior stakeholders to shape demand, challenge priorities and drive accountability for outcomes and value delivery.

Represent Data Product priorities and outcomes at relevant governance forums, including executive and Steer Co-level discussions.

Build strong relationships across functions to support collaboration and alignment across the enterprise.
