About the role

Permanent position based in Guildford & Milton Keynes with a salary of £26,000 - £26,500. Hybrid working is available with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Join our Associate Recruitment team, where you'll help deliver a seamless experience for thousands of teacher applicants each year. This team plays a key role in maintaining high standards of customer care while adapting to changing demand.

In this role, you'll:

  • Process applications, respond to enquiries, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Work with colleagues across departments to assess candidate suitability, support recruitment campaigns, and contribute to activities like assessment centres.
  • Share feedback to help improve recruitment processes.

This fast-paced, high-volume role requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset. You'll need strong Excel skills, confidence working with data, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role delivering high-quality service.

  • A proactive approach to managing tasks and setting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and contribute to process improvements based on candidate and team input.
  • Be results-focused: make pragmatic decisions and be comfortable switching between tasks as needed.
