About Us
At Applicable, we specialise in delivering seamless Microsoft 365 and Unified Communications solutions to enterprise clients. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a junior Consultant to join our growing consultancy team on a fixed term basis to support the delivery of Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions across a wide range of customer environments.
The Role
In this role, you will work as part of a structured delivery team, supporting real‑world customer projects under the guidance of experienced Senior Consultants. You’ll be hands‑on in implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting Microsoft Cloud technologies, helping ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and customers see real value from their cloud investments.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll take ownership of defined delivery activities across Microsoft 365 and Azure, contributing directly to successful project outcomes. This will include configuring and supporting services such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Purview, Defender and Microsoft Entra ID, as well as delivering Azure services spanning identity, compute, networking, security and management.
- You’ll support migration, testing and cutover activities, troubleshoot technical issues during delivery and early life support, and produce clear technical documentation to support handover and ongoing operations.
- You’ll also engage professionally with customers during delivery, representing Applicable as a capable and trusted consulting partner.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll already have hands‑on experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in customer environments and a solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform. You’ll be methodical, delivery‑focused, and comfortable working independently on assigned tasks while collaborating closely with senior colleagues.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be customer‑facing and expected to document your work clearly and accurately. Experience in a consultancy, MSP or partner environment, exposure to Microsoft Teams Voice, involvement in Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, or experience working with Dynamics and/or the Power Platform would be an advantage, but is not essential.
