Date: ASAP Salary: c£50k-£60k basic plus competitive package inc car or allowance, pension, healthcare and bonus.
Company Reconciling accounts.
Dealing with sub-contract enquiries, through to practical completion of the project and settling final accounts.
Good communication skills, contract administration and negotiation is desirable for this role.
Previous experience working for a Main Contractor is essential for this position.
Minimum 5 years+ experience as a QS on Construction projects.
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
Previous
Roles: Quantity Surveyor OR Project QS OR Intermediate Quantity Surveyor OR Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
