About the role

Location: Leeds & North West Region

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 08:00 - 17:00.

We are currently seeking a professional Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer. The role is focused on delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding, repairs, and installations at our prestigious client sites across Leeds City Centre / North West.

As an electrically qualified Mobile Maintenance Engineer, the role will be orientated around electrical maintenance works with a requirement for flexibility and willingness to undertake other basic works which fall within the scope of the contract. This could be a variety of jobs relating to maintaining, repairing, and installing assets around the site whether it be a specific piece of equipment, works to a building or the site infrastructure.

The Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers, and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position.

Skills & Experience:

  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar recognised qualification
  • 18th Edition
  • Knowledge of Building Services BMS, Fire Alarm preferable
  • Maintenance and Cleaning of FCUs
  • Water Testing (L8), Fire Alarm testing and general fabric, handyperson tasks
  • Working on and managing PPMS from CAFM system
  • Worked within the FM industry
  • Must hold a valid UK driving license

We will provide you with full training on specialist items once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a similar front of house environment.
