Paint Technician
Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday – Friday (08:00 – 17:00)
Location: Bidford-on-Avon
Salary: up to £42,000, dependent on experience

What You\’ll Do
- Conduct full vehicle re‑sprays
- Carry out necessary paint repairs using a range of professional spraying techniques.
- Apply basecoats, primers, lacquers, and specialist finishes to achieve flawless results.
- Work with a variety of paint systems including:
- Water and solvent‑based paints
- Clear over base paints
- Solid and two‑pack paints
- Metallic paints
- Three‑stage pearlescent paints
- Matte lacquer finishes
- Specialised paint finishes
- Ensure all vehicles leave the workshop free from defects, including drip marks, tear‑backs, or imperfections.
- Audit all parts and panels and complete relevant quality sign‑offs.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and compliance at all times.
What We\’re Looking For
- Extensive hands‑on experience in whole‑vehicle spray painting.
- Proven experience working with high‑end or luxury vehicles.
- Experience working with carbon‑fibre components.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow detailed work instructions.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for achieving a flawless finish.
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Health & Safety, C.O.S.H.H., and environmental procedures.
