Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mac Support Specialist to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong experience with troubleshooting and resolving MAC issues. You’ll be given opportunity to achieve professional certifications within your first 6 months!
Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd line Mac support
Troubleshoot and resolve Mac issues
Deliver outstanding customer service through your technical expertise
Manage and support device and identify platforms including Addigy, Jamf, JumpCloud or Okta
Escalate complex issues to 3rd line support where required
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes and processes
Continue to self-development and learning, as well as improvement of IT processes and user experience
Skills:
Strong hands-on experience supporting Mac devices and MacOS environments
Proven 1st/2nd line Mac experience is essential
Experience with Addigy, Jamf, JumpCloud or Okta
Excellent problem-solving skills
Understanding of networking fundamentals
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proactive team player
