Set the strategic direction for how we deliver market leading credit solutions to some of the UK's most significant businesses.

Build senior client and market relationships, representing Aon as a visible leader with clients, prospects, insurers and internal stakeholders.

This role will have the responsibility for leading Aon Credit Solutions in Birmingham and Reading offices with the flexibility of working both virtually and from any of our offices in the Midlands and South regions.

What the day will look like This is a high profile role that combines strategic oversight with visible, hands on leadership.

You will: Leading Aon's Credit Solutions Reading and Birmingham offices, providing clear and visible leadership to colleagues.

Representing Aon with key clients and stakeholders across the Midlands and South regions.

Driving profitable growth, innovation and collaboration across product lines and with other Aon teams.

Full accountability for regional performance – balancing commercial growth, client excellence and people leadership.

Own and deliver the regional P&L, driving sustainable revenue and margin growth through smart portfolio management and focused use of resources.

Shape and implement the regional growth strategy across domestic corporates, multinationals and financial institutions, identifying where Aon can create the most value.

Lead senior level client engagement, building and deepening Csuite relationships, steering complex renewals and negotiations, and acting as a trusted advisor.

Embed the ACS service model to drive superior client retention, satisfaction and long term value, ensuring a consistent, "best in class" experience across the region.

Champion the full ACS proposition – embed Working Capital 360 across the region, including trade credit, surety, top up and business information solutions – to increase product density and unlock new revenue streams.

Build, motivate and develop a high performing, client centric regional team, maintaining our inclusive culture where colleagues are supported, challenged and able to grow.

Partner closely with the ACS National Leadership Team, UK peers and colleagues across Risk Capital and Human Capital, connecting your region into Aon's broader capabilities and global expertise.

Collaborate with senior leaders across Aon's broader business to unlock cross solution value for clients.
