Customer Service Advisor

· Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers

· Resolve enquiries quickly and efficiently

· Manage, investigate, and resolve customer complaints where necessary

• On-site parking, Hours: Monday to Friday working shifts from 8am to 4pm, 10am to 6pm and 12pm to 8pm (fixed shifts include 1 lates per week)

Salary: £23,000 plus £1500 annual company performance bonus.
